My name is Neidra Chubb. I became a personal trainer in 2018 after discovering how much the gym helped me through one of the toughest times in my life. Back then, I was in a difficult mental space, but fitness gave me an outlet. Over time, I fell in love not just with the workouts, but with how they made me feel, how they shaped the person I’ve become, and how they transformed my mindset.
