My name is Neidra Chubb. I became a personal trainer in 2018 after discovering how much the gym helped me through one of the toughest times in my life. Back then, I was in a difficult mental space, but fitness gave me an outlet. Over time, I fell in love not just with the workouts, but with how they made me feel, how they shaped the person I’ve become, and how they transformed my mindset. Now, my passion is helping others experience that same transformation. My goal is to support you on your fitness journey—not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. I’m not here just for the pictures or the “after” results; I’m here to help you improve your life from the inside out and do a full 360.
